Returns
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Please let us know by emailing us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. We will exchange the product or refund to you within 30 days.
*If we cannot receive the products within 7 days, we will not further proceed the return.
We will not accept the below conditions:
1. Products that have been opened, tested or partially used will not be accepted.
2. Products received more than 7 days.
3. Receipt is missing
4. Products are not provided by us
5. Color difference between the online picture and the products
*Client should bare the delivery damage in transit. Cheery Mall will not be responsible on that.
*After payment is made, if client would like to cancel the order by personal reason, an administration fee of 50% will be charged.
(excluding the pre-order products, pre-order products cannot be cancelled).
